Hi RVM, I believe (IF the deal is to be concluded), it will be announced to the market "no later" than Friday 23rd October.
If Power and Pearce like the terms, then it could be much earlier.
If they don't see eye to eye with the Chinese suitor - tipped to be Hebei by media (in other words Chinese government, CISA, NDRC), then that's end of the matter.
