guess it leaves DGR still ripe for a Take over.
i too am perplexed,
management have just over 1% of the shares.
last time DGR was behind AJQ on the rejection ????
made sense to assume they would be behind the acceptance

NM says to majority holder of DGR "i think you should sell now".
you would think he would be on board too.......
no wonder people are perplexed ????
