    Same bunch of blokes running both companies... Armour board is unanimous in saying its a good deal, DGR is not saying yay or nay.

    Either DGR - and specifically Mather - are trying to publicly distance themselves from this disgraceful Armour deal, or something strategic is going on that will benefit Armour.
