I agree. Just read the MB website r.e. the proposed case - is all very wishy washy:
"Our investigations into SGH’s conduct are continuing, but now is the time to register your interest in a class action with us. - See more at: https://www.mauriceblackburn.com.au...shareholder-class-action#sthash.5wRIeAws.dpuf"
"...should we determine after further investigation that SGH has a case to answer in relation to its disclosures to the market and the devastating share price drop suffered by its shareholders. - See more at: https://www.mauriceblackburn.com.au...shareholder-class-action#sthash.5wRIeAws.dpuf"
It's like an infomercial. They say is regarding TIMING and ACCURACY of info released to market. Timing answered on previous SGH ANN. Accuracy should be easily proved/disproved (lower Nov trading figures). I would be staggered if they had access to that information, so what the hell are they basing this on (and if they did have access to that information, they wouldn' constantly reiterate the need for 'further investigation'? The fact the SP has gone down (......"the devastating SP drop"...as they put it)? Geez, I have heaps of other shares/companies they could be looking at on that basis!!!!
So SGH would know is easily proved/disproved so don't give them the time of day! Don't stoop that low!
