This board has never approved the acquisition of any other entity for a consideration greater than $10m.
If these guys want to get involved in a certain part of the economy, they have a demonstrated track record of doing so by building successful businesses from first principles.
They sure as heck don't go around behaving like drunken sailors, spending hundreds of million of dollars to pay for a whole lot of goodwill that gets crystalised by some lucky vendor(s).
