A first mover into online retail but now the big players have arrived Kogan serves no purpose.
They are no longer cheaper or more convenient than Kmart and then there is Amazon's arrival.
So does Kogan become a retailer of white label mobile plans and insurance or is there is something they can actually succeed at? We will soon see.
