unfortunately I don't agree, this guy is now going to be associated with a criminal organisation or Ponzi scheme for the rest of his life! We still do not know what has happened inside BLA other than the Glaucus report and the AFR articles do we??
Kim was an executive during the alleged misleading financials by Glaucus, but no one really knows if the Glaucus research report was correct, the company hasn't really been able to respond or have they??
