I am with JonT1 Capital raising fatigue. They did a raising late last year. Am looking for confirmation of full portfolio value. I believe the current price is amazingly cheap in the long run. And let's face it, this type of thing is never meant as a trading stock. I am here, and happy, for the much longer vision.
This is much easier than direct real estate investing whether that is residential or commercial. I have done those and unless you can afford a bundle of properties it can be hard work and nerve racking as the tenants come to the end of their leases.
I would buy more at current levels if I had endless cash.
