    The energy book will be the same problem as their phone service one.

    The least sticky, most price sensitive customers in the market. As soon as a better newer, cheaper deal is around, they are off! ..I don't blame them, I'd be the same.

    But its been an inherent issue with the entire business model, applying to every other vertical they go after as well.
