The talks are "advanced" as well....this has been in the making for a while, the Suez/Veolia tied up is interesting and would have some level of influence to this deal...waste management has been consolidating over the last decade locally and globally.
While this is a risky bet for a number of reasons, I think the reward easily outsizes the downside.
BIN.AX is in a middle of a takeover as well, if they go, that means CWY would be the largest publicly traded waste management co in the asx.
Looking forward with anticipation how this all unfolds.
