Based on this:
- there seems to be only one interested party and not the potential 3 that the Australian was mentioning
- they didn't find anything very bad during due diligence, so the deal is on
- it is now an issue of price and structure of the deal
Wouldn't be surprised if it falls on the back of this announcement...
