The ASX have accused AXE of "Upramping" and marking their Announcement of the 16th of August as "Price Sensitive." (See Below)
I have attached a document released by ASX in July 2018 marked Is you announcement "Market Sensitive."
The ASX would have seen this Announcement prior to its release and surely would have flagged the possibility to AXE management that the announcement could be construed as "Upramping,"
As to Market Sensitivity?
