It’s difficult to find good people anywhere. There aren’t that many around. Lots of people around though who can give a good impression but are extremely incompetent. The Afghanistan exit is an example.
AXE don’t need a quantum genius, we have a few of them already. Look at IBM’s board, they are a diverse bunch with different background and skill sets.
