The press release is a blah blah statement to try to suggest the deal is good for shareholders as they can't actually say that at the time of the acquisition as it's just one loss making company buying another loss making company and in reality probably buying their own non exclusive customers and merchants.
It will offer an excuse for a capital raising and offer directors the chance to cash out.
