Having spoken to Larry, its clear this is a pure ponzi scheme. All these acquisitions and mergers are just reasoning to dilute shares further, more $$$ into his pockets. Think about it, why would he respond to SPECULATION of a sezzle merger? Its SPECULATION in nature, and the response still contained no substance. No reason to release that info other than to gobble up retail shares trying to ride hype or catch a falling knife. Be aware of upcoming CR or further dilution.
