BOA deal and lending of shares to known shorting concerns is the problem it's been demonstrated on chart's a number of times.
The Board must forfill it's responsiblities and tap LD on the shoulder before Nasdaq listing possibly on completion of sezzle acquisition.
Listed entity Zip must be run by someone that has reputation of having Shareholder Wealth Creation as their first priority!
Apt executives should be looking for a new challenge and bringing reputation of put shareholders first with them equates to spontaneous turn around IMO!
