This is Bizarre for Z1P to acknowledge a target in preliminary talks.
Without this acknowledgement if Z1P/SEZ deal fizzles, no one is wiser and any such information is just one of many rumours.
But now....
1. If no offer is made, it mean Z1P thinks the Sezzle is over priced.
2. If a price range reached and Z1P makes an offer it would be very telling the value/premium Z1P put on Sezzle
3. In both cases the implications to the wider BNPL market would be telling.
