there’s a difference between an organisation doing its own assessment of value based on publicly available information and detailed due diligence. I would suggest there is no chance of eml giving dd access to anyone without convergence of value. In particular the Irish regulatory issues are going to be a key element of any dd and there’s Buckley’s chance of anyone getting near to that correspondence without being very serious.
