I'm not sure we are back on track - the share price is 10% lower than when that article was published

And mgmts response IMO was poor - neither confirm nor deny that the interested parties have walked away, which means:
(a) they are not formally aware that the interested parties have walked away, or
(b) the interested parties have not put forward a formal bid
Under each of these circumstances, they would have had to inform the market.

Given we are talking about interested parties that own ~20% of the company and after 4 mths and after opening up their books, we have seemingly not moved at all, it seems somewhat concerning.

Yes perhaps mgmt could have done nothing about the article and share price, but their communication has left a lot to be desired and they are partly to blame for the the price being 12c below the price on Weds.
