Over the years CRN , its management ability has been questionable to say the least.Timing of decisions have been very poor.
At the moment CRN are looking good and building balance sheet strength , like a game of football , we have hit the lead and heading to a win .............we need to avoid an OWN goal.
I would welcome a reasonable takeover cash offer from Peabody , any price would be great over $2.50 .
My concern , is that CRN agrees to an unfavourable "share script" deal or worse pays overs to take over Peabody .
I hope their is no unfavourable announcements before our next Qtr result announcement next week.......I expect a solid QTR result , another dividend and announcement of an improved US customer fixed priced for next 12 months.This should support an increased share price towards $2.50
