this part here is where it gets merky and debatable (circled). However, I don't believe the SP tanking had anything to with with the proposal discussions (as being negative for the stock). seemed like a deliberate and orchestrated sell down for what reason I am still unsure, shorting likely involved. more than one factor , multiple factors all in play at the same time. maybe it was done to weaken PBHs negotiation position.
