Given the current share price and market cap, anyone who has been posting here over the last few days (you know who you are) will absolutely be trying to acquire shares today. Dont be fooled by this nonsense narrative that the U.S business isnt worth anything. Liquidity will likely be thin today, so anyone who wants to buy will be forcing up the price quite significantly.
This confirms that the Australian business is in play and so is the global. $400mil for this company is about 50% off the mark at a firesale price.
Keep your shares close until the M&A happens. The downside risk from here is extremely limited.
