These are my thoughts guys, aus arm will get sold off, probably the only profitable part of the business, u.s will get absorbed by PENN gaming or some other shark that holds a tonne of options. The proprietary software may be the sticking point, who owns it if a split occurs? Anyway, my thoughts only and take my words with a grain of salt, refer to the flowchart if needed i.e. Murky section...lol
