I think LTR management has done the right thing to deny the TO rumour in a very timely manner. This TO rumour on one hand drives up share price for sure, on the other hand it can be quite distractive for the staff working on the project, imagine you are the employee working for LTR and hearing this rumor all day and sure you will be talking about this and be less prodctive. I personally dont think TG will sell LTR at a price less than $5, he is rich enough to say no to any fast money and he is old enough so does not really care. $3 is no different to $2.5, if they really want to sell for $3 then in my view no need to publicly reject ALB offer, sure this marginal difference is negotiable. Good work for the LTR management, showcasing us your commitment in bringing this project to production and keep our loyal LTR holder dream come true(me holding LTR since early 2020). SP will be $5 for sure when it comes to production so why rush in selling now.
