Having been in KDR when WES built a stake and subsequent takeover offer I see a similar buy to sell ratio that was prevalent then.
After the KDR Sqm deal, Ratio changed and the share price was controlled down for a while before the TO at a modest premium.
All I can say is, it looks familiar, might be a coincidence. We shall see. I would favour a scrip takeover from Wes.
price not sure but I hope somewhere in the high $3s as a minimum. Possibly only for KV.
