Hi dyno, no problem, people often get confused with that item, particularly every 3 years when they need to get it re- approved by shareholders.
Yes I agree with you, unlikely a hostile takeover bid would succeed given the strong support that the Board has from the wider shareholder base. So I guess the unanswerable question is at what price would the Board recommend an offer and then would shareholders accept their recommendation.
Be interesting to see how it develops and good luck, I am not allowed to be envious, it’s one of the seven deadly sins, lol
