yes agree, I have never known the AFR to be that wrong, the story has legs and all the AFR did wrong was to jump too early I believe, the chance of a scoop was just too tempting. The AFR editor will be berating them now for getting this wrong but they didn't make this up, something is obviously brewing. The article clearly said that the AFR can reveal that a proposal was "lobbed" in April. This appears wrong now given the LTR release. Perhaps they should have said "will be lobbed in May". I guess we will see soon but I am surprised that the article was wrong given its tone, the only thing speculative about the article was the identity of the mystery buyer. Everything else was presented as fact. Strange.
