I agree with you sentiment but management need to keep shareholders aware, not through AFR. they should have announced this other $0.80 bid.
I also think that if management knock back $0.80 offers then why raise at $0.60???
that is another issue.
I am very bullish on this company and do think the value is far above $0.80 but just not a good look for management in my opinion.
