Maybe the Board could allow shareholders to consider what a reasonable offer is considering they were happy to dilute shareholders with a capital raise at 60c when an offer was previously tabled at 80c? We're trading at 50c...after the decision to raise capital at 60c (if that's management response) I'd now take 80c
