the offer by SQM was on the 12 July , SP trading in $1.70 range. Azs did not announce the stellar 200m intercepts until 3 august which sent the SP towards $3.
management already know what will result from TA1 and TA2 , hence why they rejected Sqm offer back in July.
this is a matter of time as it shows AZS has always been 2 steps ahead.
