You have made 3 incorrect statements in the last 2 hours:
- Compliance issues re non-disclosure of interest in AZS - incorrect. The Board is not obliged to tell the market about each approach, they meet as a Board and determine how they want to handle it. - SQM is the only buyer - incorrect, SQM has an advantage as they already hold approx. 20% but they are certainly not the only potential buyer and indeed IMO the final ownership will likely be a JV of 2 (or possibly more) owners. - SQM will sell shares on market to lower the market price and then buy them back in capital raise at a lower price - why would they do that?? They want more AZS shares, not less, so I can't see them selling any shares on market anytime soon.
