    My guess as to how this plays out is...
    I'm not expecting Codelco to stump up with the cash (or a significant amount). I am expecting them to be a participant in a larger consolidated project. What they bring to the table is their resource (be it poorly defined). Govt needs a win / headline.

    Expertise and cash to come an external partner yet to be revealed. Albemarle? SQM? Other? Dunno.
    My guess.
