I would like to take this bet but really not interested in contracts and lawyers, there are escrow sites that can facilitate and happy to park the cash there. In the absence of not being able to agree for that amount, happy to have a bet as originally agreed on a bottle of 2 bottles Grange (just to make it interesting we dont need a lawyer for that)

Condition
1. Asset sale before 1st Feb or bets off
2. Sale (net proceeds so there is no ambiguity) to shareholders of > $1/sh you win. No ambiguity with see through valuations rubbish. If it is a straight sale then net proceeds post tax (what investors will receive) > 1/sh - You win
3. same as condition 2 < 1/sh i win
