    All the long term/patience holders know this is a good news. After following this company for 2 years, its clear to me that LPI will be bought out by a major,which could be the current suitor-Codelco or could be some one else, likes BYD, SQM, CATL.

    An offer north of $1 should be expected for reasons mentioned on my previous posts.
