Yeahi agree....i dont buy into the paying a premium as per Media garb....dilution in shares on hand yes maybe...but they would be soaked up by Instos very quickly.....oh to be a fly on the wall in the board rooms....but does it give WDS world standing and bargaining power..."HELL YEAH"...and to me is money in the bank and bigger & longer duration of a higher yield...which means....continuity of DIVS for many years to come.....
