God Almighty, decent MD's/CEO's are almost impossible to find in the mining industry. I suggest people listen to what Rick Rule, one of the most knowledgeable analysts around says about mining management. There's literally not more than a few dozen teams globally that are worth their weight, and the rest are useless. The good one's are worth every penny they get paid, and the rest................
