Lower end of guidance 150,000 oz * $1,750 = 260m cash build per year.
Gold Fields 1.5% NSR payable to GOR kicks in at Gruyere next year.
They fund the acquisition with debt, equity and cash.
Add whatever cashflow 40% of a 400koz producing mine would generate and their debt could be paid off within 2 years.
