GOR could spend another $100 million on exploration, find a 2 million ounce deposit, spend 5 years getting approvals and another $1.2 billion building it.
or could spend $1 billion earning a 40% share of a 5 million ounce mine that is just weeks away from first gold pour held by a company that knows what they are doing.
This transaction might set GOR back for the first year or so, but from then on they become gold mine investors and not gold mine managers.
