Current SP well below Bain price indicates that the market has a lot of doubts about this deal, most analysist have raised concerns regarding price. Suspect the Board/management will not agree at the current price, which given it is a typical private equity low ball offer Bain will likely walk away. Rule of thumb suggest that if they are serious they would have already built a large stake but they haven't as far as I know.
Have been a holder many times for reasonable trading profits, Not a current holder but will buy if Bain walks away as the price will drop, good buying around $4.
