we just need a strong senior team to steady the BAP ship and get it back on course
that being said….if they offer us something in the mid $7s is probably accept.
bain would have the luxury of time to set up BAP. The economy the next couple of years will be marginal. So they could go in and tear BAP apart and rebuild. Then in 3-5 years things will boom again. And BAP will then start to spit out cash. They list again and make some big dollars. That’s the Bain strategy.
