Actually there is a very big issue here- funding.
HAS only had $9.9m at the end of the qtr and the fact they need to source $5m in funding from an entity which Lew is a large shareholder screams of a lack of support from any other lender.
That's the real issue here as their spend rate indicates a cash shortage looming very soon.
