If this company was a small Private Company the remuneration of the the senior Management and Executive would be what the company could reasonably afford, else the company is wound up. With the share price decline over the years and so the erosion of shareholder capital, Senior Management and Executive should also feel the pain in alignment with all the shareholders. Simply being listed on the ASX by these small caps seems to mean that they pay themselves market rates REGARDLESS of the companies actual performance and award themselves performance rights for metrics that do not make common sense. This is wrong!!!
