Unfortunately the GFF board are not able to deal with possibly the single most destructive issue facing the entire Grocery Industry in Australia, and that is the duopoly of Woolworths and Coles. But they are not alone.
They (WOW and WES)have managed to destroy the profitability of most food manufacturers and primary producers to the extent that they now source cheap food products from overseas.
And if we think that is bad, then wait until the likes of Walmart buy out Woolworths. Then everything will be produced in China.
