most Mgt will toe the company line , especially in a smaller organisation... they have to wait until end of sept to see how this plays out . beyond that if the vote is successful then most likely one or two C-level spots are replaced..... senior Mgt keep doing their jobs as "most" (not all) people don't have the luxury to resign because of their feelings of being strong armed and in a small company they are definitely not going against CEO/CFO. if vote doesn't get through they keep their jobs and keep going ..... in 4 weeks we will know . either it is a yes or a no- I didn't invest a substantial portion of my equity into IPD for the next 4 weeks ...... this is a bump in the road ..... it happens ..... we have had plenty of bumps over the past 4 -5 years .... by the end of this year we won't look back and SP will be well above where we are today.
