Why would you respond to this vague nebulous statement. Does anyone seriously believe that in the event of a takeover offer the Board would ignore (not listen) shareholders? How ludicrous. And no understanding of the the intrinsic value of the Company? Not a teensy eensy bit? Sorry this is amatuerish stuff and a massive distraction to the Board and management. Let's hope it gets squashed asap.
