I think @bottomfeeder1 you are mistaken. If i'm not wrong (well if google isn't wrong on the multiple occasions it comes up) both ECL and Danny have serviced offices.

Its LC's family office, Dannys office is down the road. But as @joewolf points out you can do that when you are the major shareholder.

Whats right for the major shareholder may not be right for the minorities, hence the discount.

The comforting thing is the major shareholder will always do the right thing to maximise the value of their equity, which in the long run is better for minorities.

Anyway I have just bought in. Looks like outstanding value.
