Management tried really hard to hide the deal from shareholders?
Back door deals like this one should be investigated by ASIC?
They better opened and bring more interested bidders into the table..... and hopefully shareholders vote NO.
and we get a better deal (not with a dodgy unlisted company and receiving worthless shares) imo
