I believe interested parties are going to have to outbid each other and pay a minimum price for the Colombian assets 2.6moz plus and tenements that haven't even been explored.
Shareholders voting NO will open the negotiation table for a better deal.
There are a number of Gold producers/explorer in Colombian...plus a bunch of cowboys on the TSX (like Tiger) that would love to buy it for $10M
and list their company with a $50M... making their directors 5x instantly.
I think management should find one of them. Not a shell company not even listed.
