Yes. The company could have mentioned the parties involved but i think because of the biding agreement they would favour Tiger.

imagine Tiger want to pay $9million in shares and launch on Tsx at a $50m valuation
Then give us less than 20% of what we already own 100%

they add nothing to LCL shareholders.
the minimum the should promisse is to spend $20m in the next 3 years to earn 100% of quinchoa or something like that.
But not even that they bothered to offer.
The only thkng they have is some big balls.
