Talked about previous experience in doing this before in country. Talked about a complex social license called Consulta Previa which hasn't been talked about in the press and how Visby knows the process to obtain this and through obtaining this how it could possibly lead to LCL SH seeing a NSR on all the projects being acquired or other upsides..... .
